I agree with this post. Recall that truth is a defense in libel, so if you
simply post the facts of what happened to you together with your feelings
about that result, those are all facts and are protected. Go for
it. And recall that federal courts are very tough on frivolous litigation
and punish it severely. I believe that Novak will be seriously punished
by the courts for his action, but time will tell.
