Mr Novak, you arrogant jerk,

Your threatening little "notes" to the members of this list are despicable. Your frivolous lawsuit is utterly laughable and malformed, and every time I read something new from "yours" regarding this suit (either here, filed in court, or on the Fish Forum), it further buries you into a very yummy counter-suit, makes you look even more rediculous, and gives us ALL more resolve. I'm thrilled that I made the wise decision to contribute even more to the fund yesterday, and I'll keep doing it for as long as it takes in these proceedings. Wanna sue me for supporting the defense fund, posting banners that link to the defense fund, or posting my opinions of your horrible actions & behaviour? Go for it. I'll be there with bells on, and I will not be there without my own defense attorneys (I won't need the defense fund, I assure you.) 

Actually, I am pretty confident this lawsuit will not see a courtroom. But if it DOES, here is a promise you can take to the bank:

ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, whether I'm cordially invited by one of your "fine" legal documents, as a witness for the defense or defendant, or simply for additional support for the gowing list of victims of your malicious lawsuit and shameful, yet cowardly, email threats to the members of this list, I will be there in the courtroom.

And if the lawsuit DOES make it to court, I will do my part to engender (it means to bring forth) further public awareness and support for the defendants. 

BTW: It's spelled "advice", and reconsider is not hyphenated. Your grammar and spelling in your emails are as horried as the same in your amended complaint!

So here's some advice for YOU: Stop harassing the members of this list. Do your little lawsuit thing if you like, but stop the intimidation tactics on innocent people.
