Ralph Naders Public Citizen Litigation group is a law firm that has been
involved in several cases almost identical to Novak/Petswarehouse, and WON!
I would strongly advise anyone, not just the defendants, to email this
organization and request that they get involved in this case. I think the
more people who bring this case to their attention the better. I have put in
a request to them to look at this case The email address is
WebLitigationMail at citizen_org  They even have a group of lawyers just for
internet cases. And the California case everyone has been talking about,
Naders group got the court to file the desicion publically, or something
like that, making the case eligable as a prescedent nation wide. If anyone
is going to help us, its these people.
