Hello Raj:

The lfs that I patronize here in Portland, Oregon, USA, calls it 
Crossocheilus denisoni.  They're very expensive: US$30.00 each for a 3 to 4 
inch specimen. In contrast, the same shop charges $0.75 for a common zebra 
danio.

Whatever the proper name, the barb is a very pretty fish.  For folks who 
haven't seen them live, they've got lots more yellow than Raj's picture 
links show.
