Jeff sent me a message that I will answer here.  He thought the Lamotte kit
was discontinued and wanted the kit #.

I thought it was discontinued also.  Lamotte assured me it wasn't.  You
can't find it anywhere though.  Anyway, the model number is P-BTB Code 2109.
On the box containing the solutions it has "bromothymol blue pH code 2184".
Assume that is the code just for ordering more reagent since it specifically
lists the reagent name.
