From what I have gleaned from previous times that this question has come up
on the list, people with a "moderate" fishload often suffer from an
overabundance of phosphate (from fish food).  The safest bet, then, is to
recommend a "light" fish load and supplemental fertilization, in the
principle that building up from less is easier than building down from too
much.
