Thanks for the responses guys.  I guess I may go with
the Pinpoint PH monitor.  I don't think I want to go
the controller route.  Does the Pinpoint monitor probe
stay in the water all the time and give a continuous
readout?  You could mount it on the tank frame or
whatever?  How often do you have to calibrate?  How
long are the probes good for?  Must they be replaced
every once in a while?
