I also have had only positive experience with Big Al's (despite the shady sounding name...
smile)

All orders have been received promptly and in good shape.  The one time an incorrect item was
shipped, the correct one was sent immediately after placing a phone call to the company, and
they also included a pre-paid postage label for me to return the item they had shipped me in
error.  I highly recommend them.
