Silicone problem...
I have been having trouble finding silicone. :-( My favorite LFS only has
black (I waited a week only to find they couldn't special order clear)
(the tank is in my living room and my mom objects to black silicone...) I
found another store that has clear, but there's a catch: the label
states: "Not for use on tanks over 30 gallons in volume or 18" in depth."
My tank is (roughly) 18" deep is is (roughly) 40 gallons in size. Could I
try this brand, or would it be asking for trouble? If not, where else
should I look? It was Dow brand.
