Where does one get dried liver? I assume it's not found on the same
supermarket shelf as potato chips :-)).
I get frozen liver, shave off some thin slices with a sharp knife, and let
them dry on a piece of window glass or on the bottom of a non-stick pan.
When they are dry, I pry them off and store. I keep the rest of the liver
