Follow-up:

A response from an email sent to the site said that Easy-life contains
minerals and water.

Mineral waters have been proffered to cure all kinds of ills for man
and beast for ages.  Many aquarium product vendors sell mineral
additives--usually in aqueous solution.  They usually list the contents
so you can add to your tank(s) just the minerals that are lacking in
your tank(s).  

Who today believe that an assortment of minerals would be the
heretofore-unknown-to-medicine-and-science-and-good-for-whatever-ails-you
(or your fish) elixir?
