The claims made remind me of a spoof that went something to the tune of:
It's a floor polish! No, it's a dessert topping!
Notice how they talk about "effects" without explaining in any way how the
stuff works. How can a product that contains nothing (no chemicals, no
enzymes, no algae, etc) do anything? Maybe it's just pure water, and if you
buy enough it will eventually have an "effect"? Ah, the easy life, just dump
the magic elixir in the tank and sit back. Let the buyer beware.
