Eel grass + Java moss question

Hi

Asked these questions last week but it was in the middle of the virus hoax
so they were overlooked.

Question 1:
I was given a plant referred to as "Eel grass" by a friend. I would like to
know what kind of plant this is and what requirements it has, namely; Light,
Substrate and fertilisation.

Question 2:
I have Java Moss in my non - COČ tanks and it grows okay. I want to add it
to my COČ added tanks. How does it grow? Is there a big difference in growth
with the COČ?
