If you're mainly interested in just removing chlorine then I'd
recommend Prime. Carbon will also remove it but if you want to be
100% certain to get all the chlorine removed very quickly, I'd use
Prime.
But you could still use that Matrix Carbon for your general
organic/waste removal ;-)
