V4 #820, Plywood for tanks
I have made take stands for years out of 2x4's and 2x6's. I have never put
a top on them. I just let the tank rest on the frame. (Actually I put a
layer of 1" expanded polystyrene (bead board) under the tank to allow for
any uneveness in the stand, floor, etc. I have never had a problem. This
has always worked for me.
