Re: snail eating fish
I think you should add Botia striata to your list of champion snail
eaters. I had three 4" clown loaches in my 100 gallon, and small ramshorn
snails where starting to get out of hand. I added five 2" zebra loaches, and
within days, there was nary a small snail to be found, and it's remained
that way.
These guys are peaceful and attractive, but I don't find that mine
school the way the clown loaches do.
