Madegasgar Lace?

I have 2 of these plants, they get afternoon direct sun, and 3 WPG
florescent lighting. They have been doing vey well.  I noticed with the
last4 new fronds that 3 of them were solid instead of lacy, has anyone
else experienced this? is it cause for concern?  My best guess is the
light bulb needs to be changed.  Your thoughts are very appreciated.
