Hi Frank,

    If what's left over from latin classes 20+ years ago (a big if) serves
me correctly, Riccia  should be pronounced ree-KEE-ah. The c is pronounced
like a k, and is doubled, making the i that precedes it long (opposite of
English), the long i pronounced "ee".
