Even if the regulator dumps, you won't see anything, since the pH controller
won't let the pH drop.  It will just close the solenoid.   The pH might drop a
little bit, since a large amount of CO2 might pass before the solenoid shuts it
off, but then the pH will rise back up, then solenoid will open momentarily,
then close again.
