I have been keeping these fish for a few months now. They are good algae eaters, but the best thing about them is they eat duckweed. They totally got rid of all the duckweed I had in a 20H tank, and it has been gone for months. They are a bit agressive amongst themselves, but do not bother the other fishes. Hope this helps. Tim
