Michale,

Have you checked the Krib http://www.thekrib.com/ for info?  The question
you asked was vague.  Why do you need 60-90 watts?  What type of tank do you
have?  What kind of plants do you want to keep?

Sometimes the topic of lighting can get pretty hairy here, but it doesn't
necessarily have to become that way.  Check out the krib, answer these
questions for yourself and then repost your question to the APD.  A planted
tank can be highly rewarding.
