This is not a problem.  Aluminum is much too soft to hold a sharp edge, much 
less an edge sharp enough for shaving.  For that, only heat-treated 
carbon/steel mixtures can hold such an edge.  I'm not saying that 100 years 
from now someone may have figured out the metallurgy to sharpen aluminum.  
I'm just saying that the technology does not exist today to create an 
aluminum edge sharp enough and durable enough for shaving.  In other words, 
no razor blades made today are made of aluminum.  They're made of heat 
treated carbon/steel.
