Well, one thing to remember is there are always individuals that do not
follow the "rules".

I know of one lady in a sister NEC club that regularly buys Vals for her
beloved Angels _and_ Discus to nibble on.

Additionally, I once witnessed what should have been a _strictly_
herbivorous SW species making short work of an Elegans Coral. It wasn't just
pecking at it for something to do, it was ripping off pieces and ingesting
it. 

To loosely quote Paul Loiselle, "the fish haven't read the book" and to that
end not all of them are aware of how they are supposed to behave ;D
