The straighter I keep the bell aligned (thus the more CO2 it collects), the 
larger the bubble that sits under it and dissipates into the water..There are 
bigger burps when the bell periodically overflows, yes, but that's irrevelant 
(the same amount of CO2 stays beneath it)..
