I know URI makes a VHO bulb that's somewhat close(Aquasun) but I did prefer
the Vita's.
Coralife make them now also I think.

Due to problems like yours, I cannot suggest using Ice Cap ballast/VHO for
tanks as you have almost no bulb choices anymore. It is going the way of the
Dinosaur. PC or T-8's are the way to go these days. They are cheaper also.
