Jobes Plant sticks inquiry

All the local garden and retail stores in my area carry Jobes Plant sticks 
that have a phospate level greater than 2. Does anyone know where I can 
purchase Jobes Sticks that have an N-P-K ratio of 12 - 2 -6 or something 
close?  The sticks I intend to purchase cannot have a ratio of P greater 
than 2.

Any comments about mixing humus with Flourite?
