VHO Dealer

Hi:

Wondering if anyone has ordered a VHO kit from Reef Fanatic.......he sells a 
complete setup bulbs included......seems reasonable what is the groups 
feedback on this dealter.  Price quoted for a retrofit VHO icecap 660 
ballast, reflector, 2 48" bulbs my choice and end caps complete......ready to 
plug in $315.00 plus shipping.
