I found this posting interesting.  I also sell aquarium related product 
online (not plants so I am not advertising) and have always assumed the 
responsibility for orders that did not arrive at their destinations.  It is 
the risk of doing mail order or online business. Besides, I find that some of 
my most appreciative customers are those who had a missing order and were 
promptly sent another order free of charge.
