Sword plant question?
I have had an E. cordifolius for almost a year. Once the plant was
established, it grew new leaves every week or two. These leaves were
typically 12-15 inches long from the base of the stem to the leaf tip.
The leaves themselves are broad and have a nice oval shape.
Recently, new leaves have been shooting out every week but the stems
alone are 20-24 inches long. The leaf part is now on the water surface
or sticking out of the water.
Is this normal for a sword plant?
