SAEs eating R. wallichii

The trick is to grow enough of something else that they prefer! There's
enough Heteranthera zosterifolia in my tank that they always go for it.
The trick is to have a large enough mass growing that they don't kill it
before it gets a chance to get established. Since it must have strong
light, it probably means getting the H.z colony going before adding the
SAEs to the tank.

Interestingly, my large Rainbows seem to love Cabomba. That's one way to
control the fast growth of this pesky weed! ;-) The ony way to keep this
plant alive is to have a long enough piece that it can grow up into a
mass of other floating plants where the fish don't find it; they will
eat it to extinction.
