ryan, kribs were the first egglayers i ever bred. i did not have to move the
father out, and as the tank had lots of hiding places, the mother did not
have any problems with people walking around. she actually had dug a cave
under a rock and that's where the eggs/fry were. the amazing thing was also
that it was a 29 gallon community tank with lots of predatory fish
(rainbowfish, paradise fish, Betta pugnax) but the parents were good at
keeping them all to the surface. my advice is not to worry too much, they
know what they are doing. good luck.
