Aquarium Pharmaceuticals' "First Layer Pure Laterite" 
comes in 20 oz. ($7) and 55 oz. ($12) sizes. Available from That Pet
Place and Pet Warehouse (links at my Plant Resource Page
http://www.mindspring.com/~jaredmarkw/aquarium/info.htm).

We used two 55-oz packs in the bottom layer of our 135-gal (close
to 300 lbs gravel total!). I think directions suggest one oz. per
gallon mixed in the bottom layer. Be sure to rinse very well.
